The story of humanity is a seemingly cyclic one, it is an often repetitive tale. A tale of love, struggle for power and ambition, the pursuit of happiness and fulfillment. In this quest for achievement of goals, our interests clash and we have causalities, the weak; the ones who can not adequately protect themselves.
Today, we say a silent prayer for the ones in between the worlds, the ones ejected from the comforts of life, forced to seek new settlements and construct new stories, the displaced, the ones whose dreams have been uprooted and condemned to roam.
We must accept the reality of the human condition for what is and learn to create a world where every child, woman and man can have aspirations, pursue their goals and all live in peace respecting individual rights.
To protect the weak from the strong, establish an order where justice and human dignity are upheld. Learn to love, and if not possible, accept and tolerate each other. This is the dream.
